Appropriate candidate has 10-15 years proven experience, you'll have plenty of commercial understanding and business insights to bring to your new team. Confidently lead conversations with some of big clients (both in the CPG and corporate space), Solve complex business problems with innovative and insightful brand thinking, positioning this studio as a strategic partner that can add value beyond specific projects.
