  • Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs, scientific communications, MSL/Field Medical, or strategic healthcare consulting roles.
  • Environment: Proven experience operating successfully within an agency, consulting firm, or highly matrixed environment supporting pharmaceutical or biotech clients.
  • Scientific & Clinical Fluency: A deep working command of clinical data, therapeutic landscapes, and scientific communication, with the credibility to engage peer-to-peer with senior medical leaders.

  • Compliance Savvy: Strong foundational understanding of Medical Affairs compliance and regulatory guidelines.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge therapies and diverse therapeutic areas.
