Job Description

Responsible for the successful implementation and on-going management of targeted diversity and inclusion initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Diversity Officer and hospital leadership. The primary focus of the role will include hospital site project development for health disparity initiatives, with the goal of health equity within the populations we serve as well as the healthcare system's workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of diversity & inclusion experience in a healthcare setting required.  Master's preferred.  Management experience including team building, plan development and project execution, in healthcare setting required. Requires 100% on-site accessibility, including system-wide travel as scheduled and in accordance with business needs.
