Join rockITdata as an OCM / Stakeholder Engagement Lead supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives. In this role, you'll lead organizational change management (OCM) strategies that prepare healthcare organizations, program stakeholders, and end users for successful technology adoption. Working closely with Program Management, Training, Communications, engineering teams, and Government leadership, you'll develop engagement strategies that promote organizational readiness, minimize resistance to change, and drive successful implementation of mission‑critical healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies supporting enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and change impact analyses.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans that build awareness, support adoption, and improve organizational readiness.
  • Partner with Program Management, Communications, and Training teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Facilitate executive briefings, stakeholder workshops, leadership meetings, and customer engagement sessions.
  • Develop communication strategies that support technology adoption and organizational transformation.
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement, user adoption metrics, and organizational readiness throughout implementation activities.
  • Identify organizational risks and resistance to change while developing mitigation and engagement strategies.
  • Support deployment planning, site activation, and go‑live readiness activities from an organizational perspective.
  • Recommend continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and overall program success.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience leading organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Experience supporting Prosci ADKAR, Kotter Change Model, or other Organizational Change Management methodologies is preferred.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
