Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (ES) – Junior 
 

Work Location: Washington, DC 

Employment Type: Full-Time, Junior-Level 

Department: Administrative and Logistics Support 

CGS is seeking a skilled Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (ES) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. 

Skills and attributes for success: 

  • Develop strategic communications and engagement materials that convey mission priorities to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. 

  • Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. 

  • Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience. 

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
