About the Job: 
Taco Bell is seeking a Manager, Franchise Technology Engagement to lead franchise engagement operations across the Digital & Technology organization. This role will serve as a key connector between Taco Bell Technology, franchise organizations, Operations, PMO, and cross-functional business partners to drive alignment, communication, governance, and operational transparency across the D&T portfolio.

This role is responsible for operationalizing franchise engagement processes and managing the communication cadence, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment activities that support major technology initiatives impacting 8,000+ Taco Bell restaurants across the U.S. market.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable navigating fast-paced cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and executive presentation development skills, along with the ability to translate complex technology portfolio updates into clear and actionable franchise-facing content.
 

Is This You?

    6+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, franchise engagement, communications, or related business and technology roles. 
    Experience supporting cross-functional governance processes, stakeholder communications, or enterprise operational routines across multiple teams and business functions. 
    Strong experience developing executive presentations, strategic communications, reporting, and leadership materials for senior stakeholder audiences. 
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, communication cadences, and stakeholder requests in fast-paced environments. 
    Experience supporting restaurant operations, franchise organizations, retail technology, or multi-unit operational environments preferred. 
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.

The Day-to-Day: 
    Lead franchise technology engagement activities across Taco Bell Digital & Technology, including governance forums, communication cadences, stakeholder alignment activities, and operationalization of franchise engagement processes. 
    Partner closely with PMO, Operations, Product, Engineering, and D&T leadership teams to translate portfolio updates, roadmap priorities, and initiative status into franchise-facing communications and engagement materials. 
    Manage strategic communication and presentation development for FRANMAC meetings, Technology Governance forums, and cross-functional leadership discussions. 
    Coordinate franchise engagement readiness activities for major technology initiatives, ensuring communications, stakeholder alignment, and supporting materials are prepared and delivered effectively. 
    Support continuous improvement of franchise engagement workflows, governance processes, and operational routines that improve transparency, consistency, and organizational alignment across the D&T portfolio. 
    Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, briefing materials, and communication content that support Digital & Technology leadership engagement with franchise and cross-functional stakeholders.
