Job description

Position Summary
The Stakeholder Relations Associate serves in the Office of the CEO and supports interactions with key stakeholders. This includes communication with the board of directors, the company's investors and financiers, industry associations, peer companies, and members of the leadership team. The Stakeholder Relations Associate also monitors and distributes research reports on relevant macroeconomic and industry developments, maintains relevant content on the company's website, and supports the dissemination of key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of board materials by monitoring deadlines, gathering materials from relevant departments, suggesting improvements, enforcing consistent style guidelines, and publishing materials on a board-management platform (e.g., Govenda, Diligent, or similar).
• Serve as the central conduit for fielding questions from board members and their staff members.
• Systematically manage relationships with sources of macroeconomic information and related research reports. Disseminate this information to the leadership team. Arrange for macroeconomic and industry related presentations during management offsites.
• Maintain investor databases, distribution lists, and communication records.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of external messaging.
• Assist with analysis of company performance, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive benchmarking.
• Help manage investor inquiries and respond in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, and reports highlighting key business performance indicators (primarily OKRs and KPIs).
• Support special projects as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, accounting, corporate communications, banking, or related area.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with board management packages (e.g., Diligent, Govenda, or similar), financial reporting tools, and investor platforms (Bloomberg).
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
• Job is classified as light physical work in an office setting involving sitting, with intermittent periods of stooping, walking and standing.
• Occasionally may be required to lift, carry, push or pull 10-25 pounds.
