As Staff Software Engineer with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting our digital product suite, with a focus on scale, stability and delightful user experiences for our clinical team and our members. Your focus will be finding and building solutions to achieve our goals and solve problems.ย 

You will:ย 

  • Be an effective communicator while interacting with technical and non-technical audiencesย 
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them to technical architecture and requirementsย 
  • Have a data-driven, iterative approach to building products ย 
  • Estimate product scope and timelines
  • Lead and mentor other software engineers to follow best engineering practices
  • Produce technical solutions that satisfy business requirements with a focus on scalability, stability, efficiency, maintainability and extensibility
  • Build products and software using modern & stable technologiesย ย

  • Experience hosting application services on cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience delivering mobile, digital products to the Apple and Google Play app store is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment
  • Experience in healthcare / virtual care strongly preferredย

The role offers a base salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 in addition to annual bonus, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
