Overview
The Sr. HRIS Analyst, Oracle HCM will join the Enterprise Systems team, focusing on the administration, optimization, and expansion of LegalZoom’s HR technology ecosystem, particularly Oracle HCM Cloud. This role involves close partnership with People & Places, Finance, and IT to ensure reliable, scalable HR systems that provide high-quality data and insights for strategic company decisions.

You will
  • HRIS Administration & Maintenance: Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting). Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and optimal performance through monitoring and audits. Update system configurations (structures, workflows, roles) per business needs. Partner with managed services and Oracle Support on issues and quarterly releases (impact analysis, testing, deployment). Support complex employee lifecycle transactions for HR/business.
  • Integrations, Automation & Controls: Maintain and enhance Oracle HCM integrations with other systems (ATS, payroll, LMS, Workato, Analytics) with IT and partners. Test interfaces, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve integration failures. Automate manual HR processes using Oracle HCM, integrations, and reporting. Contribute to data governance, access control, validation rules, and audits for sensitive data protection.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Design and maintain Oracle OTBI/BI Publisher reports/dashboards (and related tools) for actionable insights across HR, Finance, and business. Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements. Validate and reconcile data across HCM and integrated systems, resolving inconsistencies and addressing root causes. Support recurring HR cycles (performance, compensation, headcount) with reporting, data loads, and issue resolution.
  • Stakeholder Support, Enablement & Documentation: Serve as Oracle HCM SME for inquiries, enhancements, and small projects. Create/maintain documentation (configuration workbooks, SOPs, job aids, knowledge articles). Train/coach users on new features, workflows, and reporting to increase self-service. Collaborate cross-functionally using Agile tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Google Workspace) to manage and track work.
  • Continuous Improvement & Projects: Participate in HR technology projects (implementations, acquisitions, process redesign). Conduct impact assessments for changes, balancing flexibility with system stability and maintainability. Stay current on Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices, recommending enhancements aligned with LegalZoom's strategy. Other duties as assigned. Occasional travel may be required.
You have
  • Must have 5+ years progressive HRIS/HR tech experience, including significant hands-on ownership of an enterprise HRIS. 
  • At least 3+ years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) configuration, administration, and support.

Required Oracle HCM Cloud expertise:
  • Strong understanding of Core HR data (workforce structures, legal entities, jobs, locations, grades, approval rules).
  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting across multiple HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation), including security roles and approval workflows.
  • Experience supporting/maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, ATS, LMS).
  • Expertise in Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) to create, schedule, and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to validate data, perform reconciliations, and investigate/fix anomalies.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and ad-hoc reporting (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
Remote employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.
 
The salary range for this role is $105,300-$168,500. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
