Job description

Build the next generation of our Revenue Technology ecosystem

We are looking for a Solution Architect & Tech Lead, Dynamics 365 CE to become the long-term technical owner of our highly customized Revenue Technology platform.

With the launch of our new Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys environment scheduled for August 2026, you will take ownership of the platform from our implementation partner and lead its next stage of growth.

You will inherit a highly customized Phase 1 implementation and be responsible for evolving its architecture, expanding its capabilities, and improving both the platform and its custom code. Your focus will be on building an ecosystem that is scalable, maintainable, and ready to support the organization’s long-term needs.

This is a highly hands-on role, approximately 75% architecture and development and 25% technical leadership, designed for an experienced Dynamics architect who wants to broaden their impact across enterprise SaaS architecture, AI-assisted development, and modern integration technologies.

What you’ll do

  • Own the technical architecture, stability, and long-term evolution of our Dynamics 365 CE platform and supporting application ecosystem.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to Revenue Technology leadership on architecture, integrations, and technology decisions.
  • Design scalable solutions that simplify our technology landscape, favouring configurable and buy-over-build approaches where practical.
  • Lead architecture across an integrated ecosystem that includes CCaaS platforms, AI-powered customer technologies, data platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Remain hands-on by designing and developing solutions, reviewing code, resolving complex technical challenges, and promoting engineering best practices.
  • Guide and mentor a team of experienced developers.
  • Establish standards for code quality, consistency, documentation, testing, and maintainability.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, risks, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Systems, Product, and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate prospective SaaS platforms and advise on architecture, integration requirements, scalability, and long-term supportability.
  • Maintain current documentation for platform architecture, integrations, and key technical decisions.
  • Help define our AI-assisted software development strategy and drive the adoption of modern tools and practices that improve productivity and software quality.

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales and Customer Service.
  • Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or senior technical owner within a Dynamics environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • C#/.NET custom plugin development
  • JavaScript
  • PowerApps Component Framework, or PCF
  • Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension patterns
  • Experience designing enterprise application architectures and API-based integrations.
  • Strong understanding of application and data architecture best practices.
  • Experience mentoring or technically guiding software developers.
  • Experience working within complex SaaS ecosystems involving multiple integrated business platforms.
  • The ability to communicate technical solutions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in simplifying technology, embracing AI, and continuously improving how software is designed and delivered.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics with CCaaS platforms such as Twilio, Five9, or similar solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services or Azure Functions.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.

Why this opportunity stands out

This is more than a traditional Dynamics role. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a newly launched platform, shape its long-term technical direction, and influence the broader Revenue Technology ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of architecture, hands-on development, integrations, SaaS strategy, and AI-assisted engineering—all while helping build the technical standards that will guide the platform as it grows.

If you are an experienced Dynamics 365 architect who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring strong developers, and building technology that can scale, we would love to hear from you.

  • le développement de plugiciels personnalisés en C#/.NET;
  • JavaScript;
  • PowerApps Component Framework, ou PCF;
