US Power Solar is hiring Solar Appointment Setters to connect with homeowners, introduce them to solar, and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants.

You are NOT responsible for closing the sale.

You don't need to design solar systems.
You don't need to explain complicated financing.
You don't need to prepare proposals.
You don't need to negotiate contracts.

Your focus is simple:

Talk to homeowners. Create interest. Set qualified appointments.

Our Solar Consultants take over from there—handling the full consultation, system design, financing options, proposal, and closing.

When an appointment you generate turns into a completed solar installation, you earn $1,000.

More appointments. More opportunities. More earning potential.

Every qualified appointment you generate that results in a completed solar installation earns you:

$1,000 COMMISSION

There is no commission cap and no income ceiling.

• 5 completed installations = $5,000

Your earnings are based on your individual production and completed installations.

YOUR JOB IS APPOINTMENT SETTING — NOT CLOSING

This role is different.

At US Power Solar, you focus on the front end of the sales process:

Find interested homeowners.
Start the conversation.
Qualify the opportunity.
Schedule the appointment.

Then our team takes over.

Our Solar Consultants handle the presentation and closing.
Our operations team handles the project.
You earn commission when your appointment becomes a completed installation.

That means you can spend more of your time doing what this role is built around:

GENERATING LEADS AND SETTING APPOINTMENTS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you'll work in residential communities throughout Los Angeles and Southern California, connecting with homeowners and scheduling qualified solar consultations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting residential neighborhoods
• Starting conversations with homeowners
• Creating interest in solar and home energy solutions
• Identifying potential solar customers
• Qualifying homeowner interest
• Setting appointments for Solar Consultants
• Confirming accurate homeowner and appointment information
• Entering leads and appointments into company systems
• Following up with interested prospects when appropriate
• Generating referrals and building your personal pipeline
• Representing US Power Solar professionally in the field

This is a field-based lead generation and appointment-setting opportunity.

You should be comfortable approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and consistently working toward appointment goals.

NO SOLAR EXPERIENCE? WE'LL TRAIN YOU.

You don't need years of solar experience.

You don't even need to know how to close solar deals.

We'll teach you what you need to know to generate interest and set qualified appointments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION
