Possible locations:
  • Portsmouth, NH, USA (Hybrid work with 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home, within commuting distance)

Loftware is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development Team.
The candidate will be an individual who can generate new business pipeline over the telephone, email and social media, and is looking to grow their software sales career in a collaborative, solution based selling environment. Loftware invests in the best sales tools to help you achieve your goals including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoominfo and LinkedIn.

The base salary range for this position is $51,000 to $69,000 annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary that the organization believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting (these ranges are dependent on location of hire).
Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and grow new business relationships over telephone, email, and social media channels within enterprise level organizations and prospect contact sets.
  • Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
  • Understand and uncover a prospect organization's business drivers, challenges, pain points, and potential alignment to the Loftware solution set
  • Identify new opportunities and pass to the sales representatives you support
  • Align with sales to effectively create and execute on regional territory outbound prospecting plans
  • Utilize and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press

What You Bring
  • Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, B2B sales, outbound cold-calling
  • General understanding of Information Technology, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Organizations
  • Able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
  • Confidence to evangelize the Loftware brand and teach prospects about Enterprise Labeling & Artwork Management and their importance in the supply chain
  • Multi-lingual skills is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales or sales development role
  • Strong work ethic
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
