About Us

DBox Inc. provides commercial property support services to property managers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our services include portering, commercial cleaning support, light handyman services, property maintenance coordination, and operational support for industrial and commercial properties.

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and professional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships within the property management industry.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with property managers and commercial clients, and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing. This role also includes assisting with operational planning and the launch of new client sites.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, networking, field sales, and business development within the commercial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
  • Visit industrial and commercial properties to introduce DBox services
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing and meet with property managers, business administrators, and facility managers
  • Promote the company’s portering, maintenance, and handyman services
  • Attend networking events, business breakfasts/lunches, trade events, and chamber of commerce activities to increase brand awareness
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements
  • Follow up consistently on leads and business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including:
  • Prospecting
  • Relationship development
  • Negotiation
  • Contract closing
  • Client follow-up
  • Maintain strong and professional client relationships
  • Assist with estimating labor, equipment, and operational needs for potential new sites
  • Support the startup and coordination of newly acquired contracts
  • Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts
  • Submit weekly activity reports detailing: Areas visited, contacts made, follow-up activities, quotes/proposals submitted, business opportunities generated
  • Perform any other related business development or operational support duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, property services, janitorial services, facilities management, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with field sales and in-person prospecting
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Experience working with property managers or commercial clients is considered an asset
