POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries
• Respond to online leads and customer requests promptly
• Schedule appointments for the sales showroom
• Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers
• Log customer information and communications accurately into the CRM system
• Maintain strong knowledge of dealership inventory, products, and promotions
• Assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and communication standards
• Work closely with the sales and management team
• Help support dealership marketing and promotional efforts
