Project / Team / Area of Responsibility
Provide project management, planning, coordination, and execution support across the Storage Software Engineering organization. Drive visibility, accountability, and delivery of multiple concurrent development initiatives spanning software development, QA, DevOps, cloud architecture, platform engineering, and cross-functional product programs. Act as the operational hub between Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, and Leadership to ensure projects are effectively tracked, risks are managed, and commitments are delivered on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the VP of Storage Software Engineering in managing and tracking all active projects across multiple engineering teams.

Maintain visibility into project status, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.

Coordinate daily Scrum activities across development teams, ensuring blockers, risks, and action items are identified and resolved promptly.

Partner closely with Product Management to ensure engineering priorities align with business objectives, roadmap commitments, and customer requirements.

Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and retrospective activities across multiple Agile teams.

Manage and administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on project health, delivery status, risks, and key performance indicators.

Monitor project progress against commitments and proactively escalate issues requiring leadership attention.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, QA, Product Management, DevOps, Support, and Operations teams.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, and deliverables.

Track action items, decisions, dependencies, and follow-through activities across teams and projects.

Establish and improve project management processes, Agile practices, and organizational workflows.

Support release readiness reviews and milestone assessments.

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status summaries for leadership review.

Help drive organizational accountability through metrics, reporting, and process governance.

Support resource planning and capacity forecasting activities.

Assist with portfolio-level planning and prioritization discussions.

Maintain documentation related to project plans, schedules, decisions, and development processes.

Promote continuous improvement across project execution, Agile processes, and engineering collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Scrum Master, or Engineering Operations roles.

Proven experience supporting software development organizations operating in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release management processes, and engineering workflows.

Extensive hands-on experience with Jira administration, project tracking, dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.

Experience coordinating multiple concurrent software development projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery models.

Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical abilities with experience producing project metrics, status reports, and executive summaries.

Demonstrated risk management and issue tracking capabilities.

Experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog reviews, standups, and retrospectives.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration platforms.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

DESIRABLE

PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.

Experience supporting storage, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering organizations.

Familiarity with distributed storage systems, cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, and SaaS platforms.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitLab, and software release management tooling.

Experience working within enterprise software development organizations.

Knowledge of software quality assurance and DevOps processes.

Familiarity with executive reporting and portfolio management practices.

Experience supporting geographically distributed engineering teams.

Knowledge of capacity planning, resource forecasting, and engineering operational metrics.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

Salary Range: MIN 153,064 to MAX 229,596 PLN/Annual
