Support daily operations of the enterprise workload automation environment.

Maintain operational runbooks and support documentation.

Assist with documentation updates and operational process improvements.
Participate in production support coordination activities.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of experience in crafting and architecting distributed systems, concurrent programming, and coding data structures.
Understand security concepts and build of reliable and safe distributed applications.
Extensive hands-on experience working with Oracle/HANA databases is plus.
Familiarity with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, code analysis tools, and intrusion detection systems.
Ability to take ownership of work activities and take it to conclusion in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regions.
Ability to successfully multi-task and support multiple, concurrent projects.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of experience in Java and Java Enterprise technology applications architecture, design, development and support.
4 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise level back end solutions.
4 years of experience in hands-on programming experience in Java, Spring, multi-threading, REST, Data Caching Services, DB schema design and data access technologies.
4 years of experience in rolling out distributed, large-scale, low latency web applications.
4 years of experience with automated CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases.
4 years of experience in creating and managing infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Ansible to ensure consistent and scalable environments
4 years of experience in web service tools as such Apache Tomcat, Kafka.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
