IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a PC Refresh Software Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Client is considering only LOCAL Candidates for this role. 

Job Description

PC Refresh Software Administrator: Classify, organize and download source software and installation documentation to server in preparation for the PC Refresh project. Develop a master license key repository. Develop a master software index with hyperlinks to the software source location.

Qualifications

Advanced working knowledge of software licensing models and software installation processes

Knowledge of Microsoft products including operating systems and productivity software

Knowledge of IT infrastructure industry standards and best practices 

Strong customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Advanced troubleshooting skills

Excellent self-organization and time management skills

Problem definition and alternative analysis skills

At least 1-2 years of direct experience with building and maintaining source software servers


ABILITIES:

- Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations.

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization.

- Demonstrated ability to resolve incidents/problems efficiently and effectively, recognizing customers' competence levels, and able to approach each level appropriately.

- Associate's degree plus three or more years of information technology experience (or equivalent experience).
