Outlaw Motor Speedway Sim Bar is an immersive racing experience where guests step into the driver's seat and compete across NASCAR, F1, and dirt tracks.
We are looking for crew members who genuinely love the world of motor racing to help guide our guests through an unforgettable racing experience.
This is not a traditional hospitality role - this is race-day energy, every day.
What You'll Do
  • Guide drivers through the full Outlaw racing experience
  • Assist guests in selecting cars, tracks, and race formats
  • Set up driver profiles, registrations, and race sessions
  • Ensure all simulators are properly set and race-ready
  • Educate guests on controls, racing basics, and gameplay
  • Monitor race flow and assist with transitions between races
  • Maintain a high-energy, organized race environment
  • Troubleshoot basic simulator or user issues as they arise

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for motor racing (NASCAR, F1, dirt racing, etc.) is REQUIRED
  • Strong interest in sim racing (experience is a major plus)
  • High-energy, engaging personality
  • Strong communication skills - able to guide and coach guests
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Team-first mindset with a competitive edge
