Job Title: Live Sim (SAAB Gamer) Operator/Drivers
Location: Belgium
Position Start: November 1, 2026, Pending Contract Award
Mandatory: Considering local candidates with US Citizenship only. Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Overview: MILVETS is currently seeking skilled Live Sim (SAAB Gamer) Operator/Drivers

Job Content Key Responsibilities:
PART OF DUEL SIM EXCON (Exercise Control)
Preparation Phase (not all & not always):
  • Prepare the vehicle for the exercise (radio, antenna)

Execution Phase:
  • Drive (Surge) Duel Sim Operator around
  • Operate EXCON radio & software according to Duel Sim Operator directives

After Action Review Phase:
  • Support Duel Sim Operator in preparing and executing the debriefing
  • Prepare the vehicle for handover to CSIM

Must have requirements:
  • Driving license & 4x4 experience
  • Military Experience
  • Be able to handle software on tablet or PC, but no need to be an IT specialist
  • Available & Able to live on the exercise terrain for 2 to 12 days, also abroad
  • User experience with Live Simulation (SAAB, MILES)
  • Speak English, French or Dutch

Preferred requirements:
  • Tactical Driving experience
  • Military Experience in Combat or Combat Support unit
  • Tactical Radio or CIS experience
  • Mature personality
  • Operator experience with Live Simulation (SAAB, MILES)
  • Speak English, French and Dutch

Military rank equivalent:
  • NCO to Soldier
