Joining Collibra's Growth Marketing Team

Collibra's Growth Marketing team is moving to an AI-first operating model built around four functions and we're looking for a Director of Field, ABM & Events to own the regional pipeline number for NAM and EMEA. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you'll lead a team of senior field marketers who are full ABM owners for their territories, and manage Global Events.

You'll partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Ops to keep field strategy aligned to pipeline goals.

Directors of Field ABM & Events at Collibra are responsible for
  • Owning the NAM and EMEA pipeline P&L accountable to a pipeline number, not an activity plan.
  • Leading the ABM operating rhythm across all four field marketers: weekly account intelligence briefing consumption, AVP alignment, activation, and loop closure.
  • Owning the NAM and EMEA territory coverage models, defining the handshake between vertical/strategic and regional field marketers and holding both accountable.
  • Managing the Global Events Manager, owning the handshake between event production and field-led account strategy events runs the room, field owns the accounts in it.
  • Representing field marketing in quarterly ICP alignment sessions with the CRO and AVPs, and owning account tier nominations.
You have
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise field marketing with direct pipeline accountability, not solely event execution.
  • Experience managing a team of five or more direct reports.
  • Experience partnering directly with AVP-level sales leaders, including forecast calls and QBRs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
You are
  • Skilled in ABM program design 6sense or equivalent, account tier frameworks, and 1:Few programs build alongside a field motion.
  • Experienced managing a team through significant change, bringing change-management skill to a field-to-ABM transformation.
  • Sensitive to regional differences across NAM and EMEA, whether through lived or managed experience.
  • Comfortable holding a team accountable through transition two open hires landing mid-year, a direct report being repositioned, and a new operating rhythm being embedded.
  • AI-native, designing AI-augmented workflows for pipeline forecasting, account research, and briefing automation.
Measures of Success
  • Within your first month, you will: complete onboarding, meet the team, and the two incoming field hires, and audit the current NAM/EMEA territory coverage and pipeline baseline.
  • Within your third month, you will: run your first AVP alignment calls across NAM and EMEA, formalize the weekly account intelligence briefing rhythm, and establish the events-field handshake with Sarah.
  • Within your sixth month, you will: show measurable pipeline contribution from the ABM motion across all four territories, and demonstrate the team operating as account-led pipeline owners rather than event operators.
Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $168,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
