Sedulous is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support our customer in Quantico, VA.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and translate program SharePoint requirements into defined development items to ensure feasibility, traceability, and optimum customer satisfaction of delivered products.
  • Build-in mechanisms for sustainment of SharePoint sites by program.
  • Provide recommendations for development and sustainment of program SharePoint sites and implement approved changes.
  • Update and/or enhance existing program SharePoint sites' functionality/capability based on trends and best practices from existing support within Marine Corps Systems Command.
  • Create new SharePoint sites to reflect new organization structure within program.
  • Create program Product Manager (PdM)-level dashboards and team-level dashboards.
  • Modify program PdM Situational Reports tool.
  • Create program document staffing workflow tool.
  • Manage SharePoint content in support of program PdMs and project leads.
  • Apply best practice management strategies for program SharePoint sites.
  • Create, deploy, and manage permissions group structure for program.
  • Establish and employ account management process for users gaining access to program SharePoint sites.
  • Provide ad hoc demonstrations for new functionalities and capabilities developed by the SharePoint team.
  • Provide training on SharePoint functionalities and capabilities.
  • Provide help desk support for all program SharePoint users.
  • Other duties as required

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar. preferred
  • At least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Security + Certification Required

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

Location:
  • Remote with ability to commute to customer site in Quantico/Stafford, VA as needed.
