Special Services Director – Janitorial Services-
  • Salary - $90,000 plus commissions

As the Director of Special Services your responsibilities include the growth of special service through direct sales and the direct supervision of its operation to the successful satisfaction of the customer and 4M standards of service. These special services include disinfection services, carpet care, vinyl composition tile, tile amp; grout, natural stone, wood, LVT concrete polishing, epoxy, glass cleaning, infection control, post construction cleaning amp; disinfecting and exterior building restoration through techniques such as power washing.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Business Development
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 10% compounded annual growth rate in gross profit from a blend of new business and existing accounts
  • Make 3-5 face-to-face contacts per week. This breakdown should be a blend of 25% prospects and 75% with existing customers arranged through weekly coordination with Region-75 District Mangers
  • Responsible for qualifying your own prospects
  • Responsible for generating your own quotes
  • Develop strong customer relationships
  • Utilize effective presentation skills to present new/ existing product
  • Close new business deals
Operations
  • Provide business development ideas
  • Recommend products and procedures
  • Connect operators to training opportunities
  • Assist technical inquires and advise on technical solutions
  • Provide on-the-job support and training
  • As required, participate in the operation as a technician
  • Responsible for quality assurance and operational inspections
  • Responsible for execution of all special service in accordance with the 4M SOP to include hiring and staffing, operational playbook, and budgetary management.
