Job Summary
The role of the Director of Services Sales is to provide revenue opportunities for the Professional Services team to execute. Your role will be to manage the Services Sales representatives and the service booking goals for the company.
Responsibilities
  • Support and develop sales new hires to ensure training needs are being met
  • Responsible for quarterly and annual services sales goals
  • Continuously manage your team's performance through proper coaching, development of sales skills, competitive positioning, motivation, goal setting, and day to day direction
  • Coach individuals on how to engage both existing and potential customers over phone, email, and other communication methods
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop sales strategies and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Manage reporting requirements necessary to support training and development of employees

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of software sales experience; proven experience identifying and closing services contracts
  • Ability to coach and manage a diverse team of individual salespeople to successfully achieve quotas
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to enterprise organizations; experience selling into oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing segments is preferred
  • Experience in leveraging CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to manage high performing teams
