???? What You’ll Do

  • Start your day from home in a fully equipped company vehicle
  • Get paid from the moment you start your engine (Port-to-Port Pay!)
  • Use a company-provided iPad to manage work orders and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and manufacturer support
  • Focus on service—not sales. Our office team handles quotes, parts, and billing

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in equipment maintenance or repair (required)
  • Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification (preferred, not required)
  • Strong technical and electrical skills—able to read wiring diagrams and manuals
  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing
  • Most importantly: a curious mind and a willingness to learn
