Key responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid services, tire rotation, balancing, repair, and installation, and conduct vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.

  • Complete multi-point inspections, identify maintenance and repair opportunities, and communicate findings to service advisors and supervisors.

  • Support team members, deliver quality workmanship, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Do 

Vehicle Maintenance 

  • Perform oil changes, fluid services, and preventative maintenance 

  • Rotate, balance, repair, and install tires 

  • Replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries, and wiper blades 

  • Conduct vehicle safety and maintenance inspections 

  • Maintain accurate service documentation 

Vehicle Inspections 

  • Complete multi-point inspections 

  • Identify maintenance and repair opportunities 

  • Communicate findings to service advisors and supervisors 

  • Help ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready 

Teamwork & Customer Experience 

  • Support experienced technicians with repair services 

  • Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail 

  • Help create an exceptional customer experience 

  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance 

Safety & Shop Operations 

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 

  • Properly use and care for tools and equipment 

  • Assist with maintaining shop efficiency and productivity 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record 

  • Strong work ethic and dependability 

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous automotive, tire, lube, or mechanical experience 

  • Automotive technical school training 

  • ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain) 

  • Experience using hand tools and shop equipment 

  • Customer service experience
