Responsibilities โ€“ Wholesale Parts Representative:

  • Provide support to multiple parts departments within the Columbia market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
  • Assist with order processing, communication, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for parts-related needs
  • Visit Body Shops in the Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Greenville/Spartanburg areas as designated by the parts managers at Jim Hudson Automotive Group.
  • Provide reports to the Jim Hudson parts managers of the visits that were made and the outcome of those visits.
  • Provide merchandising materials to the body shops from both Jim Hudson Automotive Group and the manufacturers.
  • Provide wholesale customers with any special programs that are being offered by the manufacturers that Jim Hudson Automotive represents.
  • Provide feedback immediately to specific parts managers if a customer has immediate needs from a specific Jim Hudson dealership.
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements โ€“ Wholesale Parts Representative:

  • Strong grasp of basic business principles and customer service practices
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Mileage Allowance for transportation reimbursement.
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
