Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Service Technician based in Overland Park, KS. The Installation Service Technician will handle installation, setup, and maintenance of audio-visual and communication systems. The role includes troubleshooting system issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, and maintaining a professional level of communication with clients. The technician will collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently, support field service operations, and provide technical guidance during system installations.
