Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46241 (Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract

We are seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for training events and end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for solving technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site AV support for training sessions and events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual and technical issues.
  • Support deskside IT operations and respond to end-user requests.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Assist with imaging, deployment, and distribution of hardware across multiple locations.
  • Deliver proactive, customer-focused technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma with relevant technical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Windows 11
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Active Directory
    • Device imaging and deployment
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
