Job Description

The Concierge at The Cardinal at North Hills provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. Greet residents and visitors at the front desk and by phone in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Respond immediately to emergencies and resident requests.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Rate of pay: $18.75/hr - $19.25/hr

What will I do every day?

  • Schedule and manage appointments: keep track of the resident's calendar, schedule personal appointments, and make sure they don't miss important events.
  • Plan travel arrangements: take care of the resident's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and any other necessary logistics.
  • Manage household tasks: oversee various household tasks, such as grocery shopping, paying bills, and supervising maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate social events: plan and coordinate social events, such as dinners and parties, and ensure that they run smoothly.
  • Assist with personal tasks: help with personal tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, making reservations, and arranging for deliveries.
  • Research and provide information: research topics of interest to the resident, such as travel destinations, investment opportunities, or health and wellness information.
  • Variety of other tasks based on residents needs
