Ce poste clé sera chargé du recrutement de nouveaux employés pour notre équipe de production à Dorval et Kirkland.  Ce rôle est idéal pour un(e) personne qui peut comprendre les besoins techniques de l'entreprise, qui est très douée pour le sourcing actif/le réseautage/la promotion et qui effectue un cycle complet de recrutement dans un environnement au rythme rapide tout en maintenant le plus haut niveau de qualité à chaque étape du processus d'embauche.

RESPONSABILITÉS 


Recrutement et acquisition de talents 

  • Gérer le recrutement pour les postes dans l’usine opérationnelle de production, tels que soudeurs, braseleurs, techniciens électriciens et mécaniciens, magasiniers et autres postes clés au sein de l'usine.
  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement : publication des offres d'emploi, recherche de candidats, présélection, entretiens et coordination des offres d’emploi.
  • Maintenir des viviers de candidats pour les postes très demandés et créer des stratégies de recherche proactives.
  • Coordonner les vérifications des antécédents, les vérifications des références, les offres d'emploi et les tâches d'intégration.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le partenaire RH et les responsables du recrutement afin de comprendre les besoins en matière de planification des effectifs.
  • Préparer et mettre à jour les descriptions de poste et les offres d'emploi en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
  • Organiser des l’orientation des nouveaux employés et des présentations.



COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS


  • Études post-secondaires en ressources humaines ou tout autre domaine connexe
  • 3+ années d'expérience confirmée en recrutement à haut volume (expérience en agence de recrutement est préférable)
  • Expérience en l'utilisation d'une variété de techniques de sourcing, y compris LinkedIn Recruteur, Indeed
  • Bilingue, oral et écrit
  • Bonnes capacités d'organisation et de priorisation
  • Expérience avec les postes en production dans le secteur manufacturier

RESPONSIBILITIES


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

  • Manage recruiting for manufacturing plant roles such as welders, braisers, electrical and mechanical technicians, warehouse workers, and other key roles within the plant.
  • Drive the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles and create proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding tasks.
  • Work closely with the HRBP and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and job postings aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct orientation tours and presentations.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or any other related field
  • 3+ years of proven high-volume recruiting experience (recruiting agency experience preferred)
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing
  • Bilingual, oral and written
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with production positions in the manufacturing sector
