Job description

You will be the Proposal Analyst, joining the Javelin Joint Venture Estimating Team as a key contributor to deliver exceptional proposal development and pricing strategies. Our team is responsible for driving business growth and success through effective proposal development and negotiation.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for developing proposals that meet RFP requirements and align with company goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with estimating policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing comprehensive proposals that meet RFP requirements and align with company goals and objectives
Acting as the Estimating lead on proposals, compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop comprehensive proposals
Coordinating with functional departments to collect cost, scheduling, and performance elements, and performing financial modeling and analyses to support proposal development
Presenting financial analyses and recommendations to leaders, including opportunities to present to Senior Leadership during cost and pricing reviews
Participating in contract negotiations and interacting with DCAA and other audit agencies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within pricing and estimating functions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
