As a full-time Senior Property Manager, you'll be the key to ensuring smooth operations for over 600 properties in West Georgia and metro-Atlanta, all while leading a dynamic team. This hybrid position enjoys a competitive salary of $75,000-$100,000/year, plus amazing benefits, including:

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a hybrid Senior Property Manager, your day starts with reviewing property accounts and ensuring everything is on track. You manage tenant relations, from ensuring smooth lease renewals to addressing concerns promptly. You collaborate with your teams, both on-site and remotely, to keep everything running seamlessly. The properties you oversee are well-maintained, and you ensure that tenants and owners are happy. You also work closely with the business development manager, helping onboard new clients who align with our core values-Integrity, Growth Takes Courage, and Teamwork.
Your hybrid role will blend office work (33%), field visits (33%), and some time at home (33%), giving you the flexibility to stay productive and connected. You'll work primarily in the West Georgia and metro-Atlanta area, ensuring smooth operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
  • 5+ years of experience in property management and real estate
  • Real estate license in good standing
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Experience managing remote teams (especially overseas)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations

Preferred:
  • College or competitive athletics experience
