Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their growing team in a highly visible role overseeing a dynamic retail/commercial portfolio. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership position with direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership, where you will play a key role in driving property performance, capital improvement initiatives, and overall operational strategy. The company is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high-quality assets, and enjoys being deeply involved in both the operational and construction side of commercial real estate.
  • Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (flexible depending on experience)
  • This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the portfolio while working alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. The role is fully onsite in Pompano Beach, FL.
  • We are specifically targeting candidates with true commercial real estate expertise and strong exposure to CAPEX and construction projects within retail/commercial environments.
Responsibilities:
