Part-Time Property Management Bookkeeper - A/R, A/P & Reconciliations
We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Property Management Bookkeeper to take ownership of the financial bookkeeping for our growing property management operation. You'll manage A/R and A/P, owner accounting and distributions, bank reconciliations, and help clean up and maintain accurate records in DoorLoop.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving accounting problems, digging into discrepancies, and figuring out why the numbers don't match-not just reporting the issue. You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, organize the books, and help ensure every dollar coming in and going out is properly accounted for.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in property management preferred.
• Strong experience with bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Proven ability to investigate discrepancies and trace accounting issues through resolution.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of financial records.
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with DoorLoop, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, QuickBooks, or similar software is a major plus.
