This position requires a highly experienced professional capable of independently managing complex acquisition and sustainment efforts while providing oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management activities. The Senior Program Analyst will support decision-making through detailed analysis, technical evaluations, executive-level communications, and coordination among Government and industry stakeholders.

  • Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations for Government and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination of IPT activities, action item tracking, meeting support, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor financial planning and budget execution while maintaining program metrics and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel-based tracking tools and data analysis products.
  • Collaborate with Government and industry partners to support acquisition, sustainment, and program execution efforts.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on program management best practices.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Logistics, Acquisition Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, logistics, or sustainment programs.
  • Experience supporting NAVAIR programs and acquisition processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • Experience developing acquisition documentation, executive briefings, and program reports.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification and/or DAU Program Management certification.
  • Life Cycle Logistics certification.
  • Experience with AMS and Navy acquisition tools.
  • Experience supporting aviation, electronic warfare, or weapons system programs.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
