Job description


SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our team in St. Inigoes, MD.
This is a hybrid remote position and requires 2 days of onsite support weekly. An Interim Secret clearance at a minimum will be required to begin work.
Responsibilities will be:
  • Utilization of MS Excel functions and the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) Tool for analysis of program requirements, status, budget, funds, and schedules.
  • Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success.
  • Provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participate as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more of related experience; 9+ years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience supporting Navy/DoD environment and customers.
  • Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs utilizing the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) tool.
  • Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start to date - and a Secret clearance once on board.
