Job Summary

The focus of this position is to perform Technical Evaluations and Negotiate alongside the Government within the program offices at Eglin. Building positions for the Government as well as performing continuous analysis to improve affordability, efficiency of negotiations and briefing senior leadership on progress, supplier capabilities and prime performance. Senior level experience in this area is paramount.
We are seeking highly qualified Senior Program Analysts with 12 or more years of relevant experience to support critical Department of Defense weapons system programs at Eglin Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will bring extensive operational or program office experience supporting Air Force or Navy weapons systems and will play a key role in analysis, programmatic, testing, and operational integration efforts. This position requires frequent coordination with senior Department of the Air Force stakeholders and daily engagement in classified environments.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide senior-level analytical and programmatic analysis of contracts and proposals to Air Force weapons system programs
  • Support requirements development, capability assessments, and operational integration activities
  • Analyze program performance, schedules, risks, and technical data to inform leadership decisions
  • Support developmental and operational testing activities, including test planning and results analysis
  • Respond to and manage taskers from Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) staff on a recurring basis
  • Execute and manage daily tasking within classified systems
  • Support Special Access Program (SAP) activities in accordance with security and program requirements
  • Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to ensure alignment across acquisition, testing, and operational communities
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and decision support materials for senior leadership

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with weapons systems as either: A military operator, or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program office
  • Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the last 12 months with no adverse findings
  • Ability to work full-time in a classified environment and manage multiple high-priority taskers
  • (preferred) SAP experience within the last three (3) years
  • (mandatory) Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
