Job Description We are seeking a Card Program Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in card program administration, HR data validation, and advanced Excel-based reporting and a proven ability to ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and support enterprise reporting needs. Responsibilities: Obtain and review monthly reports from HR and other Banking clients. Compile and analyze data to confirm correct card program assignments for cardholders. Identify SVP-level employees and above and route communications through Executive Assistants as required. Validate employee information and initiate requests for new card issuance as needed. Review and maintain the Enhanced Cardholder Report, performing data cleanup to ensure accuracy and integrity. Verify and update employee email addresses and validate Employee IDs against SuccessFactors records. Ensure reporting data is accurate, complete, and current. Assist with ad hoc projects and special assignments. Support process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent. Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service. Proven ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, particularly within a Global Shared Services organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment. Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with HR systems, employee data, or corporate card programs. Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
