compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities managing people and resources.

  • Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills.
  • Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
  • Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
  • Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
  • Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bring your Operations Analyst Principal expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Operations Analyst Principal must have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 6+ years of related military experience or 10+ Civilian Equivalent
  • Technical skills: Microsoft office
  • Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance
  • US citizenship required
  • Project Manager experience
  • Role requirements: Military Experience, Special Operations, Logistics

Optional Skills and Abilities:

  • Commercial or Military Aviation Experience
  • Commercial maritime experience
  • Commercial finance and banking experience

The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
