  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with producers, processors, and end-users

  • Manage supply chain positions, logistics coordination, and risk exposure

  • 5+ years of experience in grain, oilseed, or agricultural commodity merchandising/trading

  • Demonstrated negotiation and commercial decision-making skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market interpretation ability

  • Excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-moving trading environment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Why Join Us

AGP invests in our people with a comprehensive total rewards package, including:

  • 100% employer-funded pension plan

  • 401(k) with company match (traditional and Roth options)

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Life, short- and long-term disability coverage

  • HSA and flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care)

  • Generous paid time off

  • Strong work/life balance and career development opportunities

If you're ready to grow your merchandising career with a stable, farmer-owned global leader in agriculture, we encourage you to apply and grow with us.
