Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: Through July 2026

About OLIPOP

OLIPOP is not your average soda. It’s a better-for-you brand on a mission to make your gut as happy as your taste buds. With nostalgic flavors, functional ingredients, and serious momentum across retailers nationwide, OLIPOP is redefining what it means to crack open a cold one.

This is your chance to be part of a brand that people are genuinely excited about, one that’s growing fast and showing up everywhere.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Field Merchandiser to bring OLIPOP to life across Denver-area retail locations. This is a highly active, on-the-move role where no two days look the same.

If you enjoy being out in the field, take pride in creating eye-catching displays, and like the idea of representing a product you actually believe in, this role is for you.

You’ll play a direct role in how customers discover OLIPOP in stores. From perfectly stocked shelves to standout displays, your work will have a real impact on brand visibility and sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations following established “Look of Success” standards
  • Keep shelves fully stocked, rotated, and visually optimized to maximize product visibility and sales
  • Support key retail account initiatives and ensure compliance with distribution and display standards
  • Build and maintain both mandated and incremental in-store displays
  • Complete up to 15 store visits per day, following assigned routes and priorities
  • Accurately document store visits, execution metrics, and account insights using CRM and reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve product placement, expand distribution, and elevate in-store execution
  • Maintain merchandising assets and collaborate with field sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re crushing it in this role by:

  • Consistently executing merchandising standards across all accounts
  • Reducing out-of-stock situations and keeping shelves full
  • Maintaining accurate, timely reporting and CRM updates
  • Increasing product visibility, display quality, and overall distribution

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of merchandising, retail, field sales, or CPG experience (beverage or distributor experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with large-format retailers or natural channel retailers is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel up to ~30 miles within the Denver market for daily store visits
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and stay active throughout the day
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with tools like Slack, Repsly, or CRM platforms
  • Comfort working in fast-paced retail environments and coordinating with multiple store teams

Additional Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Be part of a fast-growing, high-energy brand that people love
  • Get out from behind a desk and own your day in the field
  • Make a visible impact in stores every single day
  • Work with a product you’ll actually feel good about representing
