Marco is assisting a local client with recruiting for Field Merchandiser opportunities in San Angelo, TX. Our client is expanding across the U.S. market, and we're looking for driven, independent Field Merchandisers to represent one of the world's most recognized consumer brands at retail locations across Texas. Responsibilities for a Field Merchandiser include but are not limited to: 

·       This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field every day, making sure products look their best on shelves, capturing real-time store data, and directly impacting how one of the world's top brands performs at retail level. If you love being on the move, working independently, and seeing the tangible results of your work — this role is for you.

·       Execute Customer’s merchandising standards, planograms, and display setups

·       Ensure products are properly stocked, faced, and visually on point

·       Identify and fix issues like out-of-stocks, missing SKUs, or non-compliant displays

·       Complete store visit surveys capturing shelf conditions, pricing, promotions, and competitive activity

·       Upload photos and submit reports through your smartphone

·       Flag trends, risks, and opportunities to management with clear documentation

·       Your work directly influences brand performance on the shelf — and that matters.

Candidates for Field Merchandiser must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       Someone who thrives working independently and managing their own daily route

·       Comfortable with physical activity: standing, bending, lifting, and moving products

·       Available to work on a flexible schedule.

·       Owns a smartphone with a reliable data plan

·       Has reliable, independent transportation.

·       Availability to visit one store in San Angelo.

·       No prior merchandising experience required — we'll set you up for success.
