The Role

As the Sr. Demand Planning Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day performance and continuous evolution of the Demand Planning function for the UGG Wholesale channel. You'll ensure the team delivers a rigorous, data-driven demand plan that supports profitable growth, improved forecast accuracy, and aligned cross-functional decision-making. You'll manage forecasting processes, coordinate the S&OP demand planning cadence, and translate business priorities into clear team objectives and execution plans. You'll partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning stakeholders to shape demand assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and incorporate trade-offs into the consensus forecast.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team, building capability in analytics, forecasting discipline, systems utilization, and business communication
  • Manage performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop individual plans that support team growth and readiness
  • Model composure, accountability, and managerial courage while encouraging practical improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and decision support
  • Set team priorities, coordinate assignments, monitor goals, and provide guidance and technical advice as needed
  • Influence partners across a matrixed organization through fact-based storytelling, clear assumptions, and concise recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to share information and align on demand risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions
  • Manage and improve demand planning processes for the assigned area, ensuring alignment with functional strategies, business priorities, and financial targets
  • Apply analytical judgment, scenario planning, and strategic demand shaping to identify demand risks, opportunities, forecast bias, and recommended actions
  • Develop and operationalize attribute planning and segmentation frameworks to improve visibility to product, consumer, channel, geography, and marketplace demand drivers
  • Lead the demand planning cadence for the UGG Wholesale channel, ensuring forecast assumptions, attribute-level demand signals, and scenario risks are transparent and aligned
  • Lead cross-functional demand planning collaboration meetings with Commercial and Brand partners using a data-driven, fact-based approach to drive consensus demand alignment
  • Escalate risks, trade-offs, and gaps through established governance and management channels while recommending process improvements that strengthen decision readiness

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field preferred
  • Demand and/or supply planning certifications strongly preferred; advanced analytics or data visualization experience, including Tableau or similar tools, preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi-channel organization, including retail, wholesale, and ecommerce
  • Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating work across complex cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing forecasting processes and contributing to S&OP demand planning cadence, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Experience supporting strategic demand shaping, attribute planning, segmentation frameworks, scenario planning, and consensus demand alignment across commercial and planning stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with the ability to set priorities, coordinate assignments, and drive continuous improvement in tools and processes
  • Advanced experience with o9 or comparable planning platforms
  • Strong strategic planning, demand shaping, segmentation, scenario planning, and consensus alignment capabilities
  • Ability to connect marketplace, product, consumer, channel, geography, and commercial signals into aligned demand choices and recommendations
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, decision-making, influence, and presentation skills, with composure in fast-paced, evolving environments
