Job Title: Grain Merchandising AssistantStatus: Part-time hourly, non-exemptReports to: VP Grain International TradingLocation: RemotePosition Objective: The grain merchandising assistant position will work alongside the International grain team performing general office duties and data entry as assigned by Supply Chain Manager. Essential Functions:Collect production evidence reports per customer requestAssist with the organization of contracts, mailing, filing, and trackingKeep track of A/RBack up container logisticsBackup with bill rail load out and invoice rail cars and any rail logisticsAssist with customer service, phones, contract entry, target entryApply tickets in EFCEnter transfer tickets for Grafton and Mansfield grain facilitiesOther miscellaneous tasks as assignedWe are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will provide support for the International Grain team. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management.
