Reporting to: Senior Manager, Product
Seniority: Senior

TL/DR:
As a Senior Product Manager you will guide and drive strategies for our growing Games team. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of programmers, artists, and designers to realize innovative new casino game prototypes as a part of our Rushlane universe. Coordinating with other product departments and stakeholders you will then help bring validated new games to market. 

The nitty-gritty:
  • Planning and oversight of the product roadmap for game initiatives.
  • Collaborate to understand game concepts and support the Games team with lean and rapid prototyping as well as testing of concepts for market validation.
  • Work with stakeholders and Games team to link product strategy, business objectives with games team initiatives.
  • Ongoing establishment of hypotheses and validation for every game and enhancement.
  • Use playtests, player feedback, and metrics to gain insights and guide the team's work.
  • Lead cross-department productization efforts for games initiatives including marketing, sportsbook, and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and organization for the Games team with JIRA, prioritizing and tracking tasks to ensure milestones are being met.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and create alignment on project scope, objectives, approach, task ownership and deliverables.
  • Communicate status, project milestones, and risks to key stakeholders and communicate decisions back to the team effectively.
  • Plan resourcing, project timelines, and budget in collaboration with other departments and product groups.
  • Ongoing documentation of process, workflows, and requirements.

Your stats:
  • 5+ year of product management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working with Senior Management to understand business objectives and priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders such as Senior Management and department stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Customer Support etc.)
  • Experience bringing agile experimentation initiatives to market
  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data to inform experiments
  • Proven ability to create operational plans and see them through to execution
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively 
  • Work well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Self-starter motivated to excel, ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity
