ABOUT US
ARRISE is a global leader in software development and services for the iGaming industry, powered by 11,000+ professionals spanning multiple disciplines and 14 locations worldwide.
At ARRISE, we know a thing or two about making great games. From concept to execution, we combine creativity with technical excellence to shape the future of player engagement, driving our business and industry forward.
Our teams plan, prepare, and produce every title in a packed multi-product roadmap, having created over 1,800 slots to date. Game artists, developers, mathematicians, sound technicians, product marketers, regulatory experts, and other stakeholders from across the business all work together on delivering new player favorites at scale and pace.
ARRISE USA represents our growing footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic tech and entertainment markets. With a remote team of product experts, we’re tapping into American talent to drive the next generation of iGaming innovation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re building a brand-new, US-based, fully remote game studio developing new slot games and we’re looking for a Game Producer to shepherd our games through the design and development process.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team to coordinate the development process from start to finish to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality, high-performing games.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Create and manage the game development schedule to ensure timely delivery of the project
  • Identify and solve production issues or bottlenecks that could delay development
  • Own and maintain the team’s task tracker and other project documentation
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings to discuss project status and resolve any issues
  • Facilitate effective communication with other departments involved in the game’s development
  • Conduct postmortems after game completion to identify process improvements and proactively resolve recurring issues
  • Playtest and provide feedback on the game’s math, mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation with an eye toward creating the best player experience possible
  • Regularly play competitors’ games in the iGaming and land-based spaces to stay abreast of industry trends and new mechanics
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Proven experience as a Game Producer or in a similar project management role
  • Degree in Game Production, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and game production methodologies
  • Strong project management skills including proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate complex and technical concepts to stakeholders across the globe
  • Passion for games and learning industry trends, emerging game mechanics, and player expectations
  • You should:
    • Be able to confidently coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
    • Be able to move comfortably between strategic and detailed levels
    • Bring strong organization and structure to a fast-moving environment
    • Have excellent problem-solving skills
    • Provide, accept, and act on feedback constructively
