  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, developing mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Engineering, Art, Animation, QA, Game Design, Product Management, and studio leadership.
  • Track project health through regular status reporting, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Coordinate project planning activities including sprint planning, milestone reviews, and release readiness.
  • Drive accountability across project teams while fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
  • Continuously evaluate production processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
  • Support studio-wide initiatives that improve development workflows, tooling, and production standards.
Requirements:

Experience and Education

  • 3+ years of experience in Game Production, Project Management, Technical Production, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with casino gaming or slots is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is a plus

What Success Looks Like

  • Games are delivered predictably with clear visibility into schedule, scope, and risk.
  • Cross-functional teams remain aligned and informed throughout development.
  • Risks are identified and addressed before they impact production.
  • Production processes continuously improve, enabling teams to deliver high-quality games efficiently.
