The Sr. Manager, Culture & Inclusion plays a critical role in shaping and activating a strong, inclusive culture across our global organization. Reporting to the Head of Culture & Inclusion within Human Resources, you will blend strategic thinking and visioning with hands-on execution, ensuring that culture and inclusion priorities are translated into impactful, well-managed initiatives worldwide. You will operate effectively across cultures, influence in a matrixed organization, and bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder work. Your efforts will help establish the operating rhythms, communications infrastructure, and execution discipline needed to scale culture and inclusion efforts globally. By ensuring that culture and inclusion are not abstract concepts but well-executed, globally relevant practices, you'll shape how work gets done every single day, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and influence to create meaningful experiences for both leaders and employees.
What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the Head of Culture & Inclusion to shape global culture and inclusion strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Culture & Inclusion team, other HR colleagues and Business Leaders to proactively address culture & inclusion issues and mitigate risks.
  • Lead the design and execution of global culture and inclusion initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Develop clear roadmaps, timelines, and success measures to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Balance global consistency with local relevance across regions.
  • Establish operational cadences to support planning, governance, and delivery of culture and inclusion work.
  • Create templates, toolkits, and frameworks that enable consistent execution at scale.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives.
  • Develop executive-ready materials, all-employee messaging, and briefing documents in partnership with HR communications.
  • Plan and coordinate communications for culture and inclusion initiatives across diverse audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with HR partners, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
  • Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of culture and inclusion initiatives.

Who You Are:
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and excels at influencing outcomes through credibility and cultural intelligence. Your ability to navigate differing cultural norms and communication styles with respect and effectiveness sets you apart. You are passionate about shaping an inclusive culture and have a knack for translating strategic vision into tangible results. You enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and influence, and you're adept at bringing clarity and structure to complex initiatives. You value collaboration and are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in culture, inclusion, HR, organizational effectiveness, communications, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to both think strategically and execute with rigor.
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across regions and time zones.
  • Proven success influencing in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Excellent project management and communications planning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

Preferred Skills:
