Responsibilities

As a Caregiver/CNA, you will:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

  • Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.

  • Maintain reliable attendance and provide consistent, high-quality care.

  • Accurately document care provided and communicate changes in client condition when appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience required.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) in the State of California, or willing to become registered.

  • Current TB clearance.

  • Current CPR & First Aid certification.

  • Must successfully pass a background check.

  • CNA certification is preferred for this position.
