Job Title:
Senior Card Operations Administrator
Location:
Block 23
What you'll do:
As a Senior Card Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with our Client Relationship Managers, Treasury Managers and Portfolio Managers when a new or existing client wants to add a premium Commercial Card program to their portfolio. You will also be responsible for deescalating issues or impacts to our customers within out treatment period to meet or exceed customer expectations of resolve. You will be a "Subject Matter Expert" when it comes to system parameters, functionalities, and capabilities to help support all new customer programs being built and utilized effectively. You may also be called upon delivering exceptional client servicing support during the implementation process directly. That would include but not limited to, online platform training, payment training, virtual card maintenance, reconciliation and reporting training and connection.
  • Create and maintain recurring reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports delivered to internal stakeholders.
  • Process performance analysis on datasets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding card-related issues. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and bank policies.

What you'll need:
  • Desired Education - bachelor's degree (minimum - high school diploma)
  • Have at least 4+ years in Credit card or Debit card operations, servicing or support experience
  • Intermediate level knowledge of general banking operations; including Commercial Credit Card, Commercial Loans, Treasury Management and additional banking products and services
  • Intermediate level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Comfortable using Microsoft suite of applications
  • Experience working with CRM tools (ex. Salesforce, Microsoft365, etc.)
  • Intermediate experience working in a production environment using queues and workflows
  • Intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
