Weโ€™re hiring a Senior Project Manager with specific Heavy Civil/Highway Mass Grading experience to lead complex, large-scale projects ($5Mโ€“$20M+) across Colorado.

  • Lead full-cycle execution of Mass Grading & Heavy Civil projectsโ€”from pre-construction to close-out
  • Manage field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and risk
  • Own P&L responsibility, drive cost control, and maintain project profitability
  • Oversee job site safety, logistics, and quality using cutting-edge equipment and technology

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in Heavy Highway/Civil or Excavation Construction
  • 2+ years leading Mass Excavation / Overlot Grading projects
  • BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success managing $5Mโ€“$20M excavation projects (self-performed work a plus)
  • Strong command of scheduling, job cost tracking, and team leadership
